Please join Chef Erin Sealy at her Normal Heights pop-up location, Proprietor's Reserve Wine Bar, for the last evening of a two-night-Pop-Up Dinner series with Daniel Brunner and DAOU Wines! This family owned winery produces award winning Bordeaux varietals with a Paso Robles character. Daniel Brunner will be joining us from the winery to chat about these wonderful wines, while pouring 5 different selections. Chef Erin creates pairing menus based on each wine being poured, creating a unique dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and inspired creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. Expect a wonderful evening of wine, food and Insights from Daniel.
