Philippa Girling joined Investors Bank as Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer in December, 2015.  Ms. Girling reports directly to the Chairman of the Risk Committee of Investors’ Board of Directors, and she will oversee the Bank’s BSA, Compliance, and Credit Risk departments. Ms. Girling was previously Business Risk Officer, SVP at Capital One Commercial Bank. Her experience in global securities and operational risk brings additional strength and expertise to the Bank’s risk management areas. As a recognized industry leader, she was named one of the decades “Top Fifty Faces of Operational Risk.”
