Now is the perfect time of year to renew our acquaintance with Soups - easy to make, comforting and flavor rich one-pot meals! Lunch, appetizer, dinner main course or party food, these tried and tested recipes are loved by all! Creative accompaniments will take them to new levels. In this hands on class, Private Chef Sharyn Singer will lead us in exploring soup stocks, bone broths and vegetable based stock as well as optimizing flavors with merely a water base and seasoned vegetables, herbs and secret flavor layers.
Our menu will include
Curried Butternut Squash with various toppings, Wild Mushroom Bisque, Not Just Chicken Soup and Tomato, Bean and Kale Soup.
We’ll taste wines to compliment our menu.
