Double Knitting with Jeffrey Wall using Rauma Finullgarn Oct 27 3-6pm 

Double knitting creates a dual layer of fabric that is knit simultaneously. This creates a super warm, dense fabric perfect for scarves, cowls, hats, hot pads and blankets. In this workshop with Jeffrey Wall, you will make either a hot pad or begin a scarf using Norwegian wool yarn, Rauma Finullgarn. 

Jeffrey Wall of The Yarn Guys is a master of this technique and will guide you through how to use double knitting as a new way to play with color and texture. 

Materials: 
1 ball each of 2 colors of Finullgarn to complete a hot pad or 3-4 balls of each color for a scarf depending on how long you want it to be
straight or circular (16-24") needle US1 (2.25 mm)
