The Challenge: Walk or run 50 miles in October (31 days)!
Step #1 Register for the Challenge
We will help you succeed with walking maps, ideas, motivation and more!
Step #2 Get Walking!
Any planned exercise traveled on foot in any location will count towards this 50-mile goal. This includes any planned activity like a walk around campus, taking a hike, going for a run, walking your dog, etc. *This does not include steps taken to and from your car, walking at work, and other daily activities*
Step #3 Share your Steps!
Share your walks, runs, hikes, etc. with our #October50 group by posting on our Facebook wall (One to One Fitness Center), Twitter (@121Fitness), Instagram (@121_Fitness), or e-mailing us at October50Challenge@gmail.com. Don’t forget to tag our challenge group, #October50 !
