Join us for a morning hike at Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve on

7:30 am -Hiking group check in at the Ranger Station

8:00 am - Hiking STARTS!

Hiking groups for beginner and moderate hiking levels. HTTC staff will be present in both groups to help support a safe environment for our patients

Light refreshments will be offered and as always this is a FREE event!
