What's Next? 

Wondering What's next -What you really want - Where to start. Are you confused or overwhelmed with options, new freedom and trusting your heart? This illuminating and enlivening discovery day is designed for you to find answers, gain clarity and feel empowered moving forward in the unfolding direction of your desires.

Before we start:  First a 1-1 pre-retreat discovery call 

An enriching day of discovery and learning in a small group of 6

The day will start with introductions and focus on where you are. We'll move into the demonstration and individual answers of your pesonal timing and life path using Numerology. Worksheet and cheat sheets will be used in the process and helpful reference for your use later after the class. The clarity and confirmation you'll recieve in this process will support your direction of where you're going, what's likely to feel right and the best time for specific action or outcome. You'll start creating a loose strategic plan that you'll add to as the day goes on and we will discuss in our post-event  1-1 call.

The morning will continue with discussion and definitions of equilibrium, balance, alignment and resonance. The balance between allowing and doing. I'll share ways to deal with stress, mind chatter and self doubt. I'll offer answers and wisdom of personal experience to relative questions and confusion raised from reading self help. You'll learn ways to journal and reflect.

Following a delicious lunch you will have time to walk or sit with some reflective questions; allowing passion, desires, your values and truth to surface.

Mid afternoon we'll move into a creative process of clarifying your vision. I'll explain leading edge concepts on intention, attention and manifestation. We'll use visuals to reveal subconscious desires and start developing your own unique canvas.  This process will open the flow of inspiration and ideas fueling the attraction of opportunities and more clarity. It will serve as the begining of a wonderful unfolding vision and feeling of empowerment amidst some uncertainty.

The day will conclude with a powerful circle of sharing revealing resources and opportunities that lie within the room. 

You'll leave with new awareness, more clarity, your strategic plan, useful reference sheets and your personal vision canvas in hand.

Feel free to bring your favourite morning beverage. A delicious lunch, snacks and beverages will be served.

Dress country casual in layers with comfortable shoes. Weather permitting there will be time to get some fresh air, taking in the natural beauty of the property.
