HWPconnect 2016 is an annual event that showcases and educates on the latest technologies from AV Systems, Pro Users and Critical Systems spaces, all while having fun.
Classes will be available on a first come first serve basis and will begin at 10am and end at 4:15pm. That schedule can be found here: (class schedule: http://www.hwpco.com/?page_id=1971)
In addition to vendor booths and classes, there will be a cocktail party as well as concert showcasing new gear from our Manufacturers !
We encourage you to bring your entire office staff as well as your customers.
This will be a free event !
If you or your staff pre-register for HWPconnect 2016, the following will be included:
- Lunch provided by Delta Bound
- All Access Pass to the day’s events
- Access to the evening concert ft. Ryan Kinder – Headliner (Warner Nashville)

Day of Show info:
Day of show walk ins are welcome, however we cannot guarantee food, TShirt or drink tickets since these will be pre-ordered for the registered attendees.
- Doors will open at 9:30 am
- Classes start at 10:00 am and run until 4:15 pm (class schedule: http://www.hwpco.com/?page_id=1971)
- Cocktail Party in William Colliers bar from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm (on site at Marathon Music Works)
- Concert Ryan Kinder – Headliner (Warner Nashville) Starts at 7:30pm
