2017 District Convention

District Convention is an exciting weekend where Circle Kers come together to celebrate a wonderful and successful year. Students have an opportunity to run for District Office, celebrate award winners and learn more about ways to strengthen their clubs in the new CKI year. We can't wait to see you there.

Registration & Rooming Details:

You may register yourself and up to 3 additional people with the registration form of the same gender to be placed in the same room.  If you want to register more people from your club or members staying in different rooms, please complete a separate registration form. 

 

All attempts will be made to place requested roomates in the room together. However, please note, only the same gender will be placed in a room together. If you request a quad room but do not have enough members to fill the room, all attemps will be made to place additional attendees in your room to fill the room. However, please note, that if other members are not found you will be contacted to pay the balance of the room charge to make up the difference.

Registration Fees:

The quad registration fee is $180. Registration fee includes two nights’ lodging, four meals, meeting space, workshop materials, service project, conference t-shirt, conference speaker and conference materials. 

Please note: If you are paying by check, please pay the deposit online using paypal (which could be paid by linking your checking account or credit card) and mail your check in by Friday, January 27, 2017. Registration Deadline & Cancellation Policy

The registration deadline is Friday, January 27, 2017.   

If registering after the deadline there is a $20 fee and we can not guarantee a conference T-shirt. Due to Hotel reservations, registrations will close January 27, 2017. If you need to register after the deadline, please contact Assistant District Administrator Jennifer Hethcox at Jennifer.Hethcox@gmail.com or via phone at 803-447-9833 

Contact assistant administrator Jennifer Hethcox to make a substitution if a registered member cancels.

Please note: Cancellation requests must be received in writing. Cancellations made prior to Friday, January 27, 2017 will be refunded in full. There will be a $50 deduction per registration for cancellations made between Jan 27 and Feb 3. Cancellation requests postmarked on or after Feb 4 will not be honored. A text to a board member is not an acceptable cancellation. Assistant administrator Jennifer Hethcox must be contacted when cancelling. Registration Payment

We will accept personal/school checks, credit cards via online registration, and money orders (please do not send cash through the mail).   

Make checks payable to the Carolinas District of Circle K International.  Mail payment with this completed form to  Jennifer Hethcox 1107 Edgefield Street, Columbia, SC 29201.  All payment directly from a school must be made by the deadline.
