Dancing on the Edge: Hosting Difference 

"Dancing on the Edge: Hosting Difference" is an online World Cafe, the first in a series of regular Community Cafés. The idea came from the Community Cafes we hosted last month to find out what is needed now to support our extended shared community of practice.

The following poem by Dorothy Oger has inspired us profoundly. So many layers of being with and working with difference(s) are shining through her words.

The series of Community Cafes that we are starting with this Cafe builds on a wish to invite curiosity & humbleness to our inquiry. 

This is a time in which many of us feel deep divisions in the world. Listening deeply to and with each other - which is one of the World Cafe design principles - can support us in holding the challenges of conflict and "difference".
