Our guest speaker will be Christopher Koczela, VP, Government Relations & Public Affairs, Quinn & Morris, PC. Chris is NEPMA’s government affairs Lobbyist in Massachusetts. He will provide an overview of the importance of government relations and PAC activity as well as the tactics of working with the MA legislature and municipal governments.
