The myths of healthy eating will be discussed and an easy template for meal planning will be provided
As a group we will be fasting together. We will start off slowly and progress to longer fasts as our bodies hormonaly adapt to the process. Individual Flexibility and progress is encouraged! Listening to your body is a key part of the process.
We will meet for one hour /week and you will have unlimited support and encouragement through a private Group Facebook page.
LEVELS- ALL LEVELS ARE COVERED BY EXTENDED HEALTH PLANS if your policy covers Registered Dietitian Services.
Basic level- For those of you without medical issues, or food related issues. If you decide you want additional support you can upgrade at any time during the course!
Upgrade/ Predium Level - Choose one of these levels if you are :
a)on medication for diabetes or heart /cholesterol issues or other medical issues
b) have gut issues or food intolerances/allergies
c) if you have a history of disordered eating, (anorexia, bulemia, food addiction)
You will need to decrease your medication while fasting. Physician support is required. I will work with you individually to tailor your diet to optimize your health and individualize your fasting program. I will work through any issues/challenges you have to help ensure your success!
Do not join the program
If you are pregnant or nursing, or trying to get pregnant
If you are malnourished - very low body fat because of cancer or chronic disease
If you are under 20 years old.
