STRESS Management - DDA Nurses Quarterly Meeting/Webinar - -December 6, 2016
The Nurses Quarterly Meeting will include a featured presentation for Nurses by Adrienne Holliman.
"Juggling Stress: How to keep all of the balls in the air”
This webinar/training acknowledges the complexity of the DDA environment and helps the participant:
Identify different types of stress
Learn new ways to manage stress in the workplace
Identify effective communication styles
Demonstrate techniques for interacting with difficult people
Identify strategies for self-care
The session will also provide nurses with any new updates and will count toward the meeting requirements to continue as a Nurse in the DDA system.
