Nathaniel Osollo is a zipForm® Product Coordinator for Real Estate Business Services, Inc., and the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.). He leads webinars on the use of zipForm® Plus and zipForm® accessories for the Association’s membership. He also aids in national webinars for members of the National Association of REALTORS® across the U.S.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors from California State University, San Bernardino.
C.A.R. is a statewide trade organization with more than 180,000 members dedicated to the advancement of professionalism in real estate.

Matt Ahlmann is one of the best social media strategists in the business. He has developed the most comprehensive Facebook curriculum and his teachings are proven to yield fantastic results. Referred to by many markets as, “Mr. Facebook,” Matt has mastered the art of taking a rather complex issue and simplifying it for all who attend his training sessions. Matt not only knows the in’s and out’s of Facebook and other social media platforms, but he is an expert at providing an executable action plan to ensure your success.


William Tong is a second-generation real estate broker focusing on residential, income investment, and commercial properties. Having graduated from UC Berkeley and earning recognition in his negotiations class at the Haas School of Business, William went into the family business. As the broker & owner of Golden Land Investments & Financial, Inc., he is seeking to build and grow a client-first boutique brokerage focusing on customer service, integrity, hard work, and developing successful agents. William recognizes that with the advent of the internet and computer age, the industry must change or become irrelevant so he is constantly seeking ways to become more efficient and deliver better service. In order to build business relationships in a more interconnected world, William has traveled to China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, and Canada. Currently fluent in English and Chinese, William is working on learning Spanish, Portuguese, and other dialects of Chinese in order to provide better service to his clients.

Larry Yang has been a licensed REALTOR® for over 15 years and currently works with Dynamic Development Realty, Inc. Ever the IT enthusiast, Larry enjoys assisting his fellow REALTORS® with iPad and Smartphone challenges. Accomplishing tasks with more simplicity, affordability and mobility is Larry’s motto. Larry believes that mastering the benefits of modern technology enables REALTORS® to offer the very best service to their home buying/selling clients. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Vietnamese, Larry complements his technical acumen with his love of communication.
