Legacy Salmon Creek Case Management Vendor Fair- 
Tuesday, February 28th, 2017 @ 11:30AM-1:30PM

Purpose of Event

A win-win-win event...

  • Vendors/Providers have the opportunity to network with Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers and Discharge Planning support staff.
  • Hospital staff are able to gather resource information, while obtaining Continuing Education Credits.
  • Proceeds from the booth fees will be used to support low income patients in need.
CEU's: 1 CEU credit has been approved by CCMC for Case Managers 

Resource Fair Agenda

11am Set-up, Vendors arrive no earlier than 10:45am for material unload

11:30-1:30 Event, Vendor Fair

1:30pm Door prizes and Vendor Break Down

Deadlines: CEU posters are due 35 days prior to event date.

Registration Options:

When registering please select one of the following registration options:

NOTE- The funds raised are given to the hospital for low income patient assistance

  • CEU poster & Marketing (full table, Retirement Connection Sponsors Only)-
    $75 for those with posters already printed, you will need to pay to have your poster printed by a printer of your choice/ typically $75
  • Marketing Only (HALF table)- $150
  • Non Profit Community Resource table (shared table with brochures only)- $25
