100 Strong in Beaverton, 11.30.16

Giving-minded professional women's group to advance and purposefully connect one another and impact our community. 100% of the $100 will be donated each quarter to a local non-profit serving Beaverton. This quarter's beneficiary is the Edwards Center. 

This is our 2nd Anniversary! 

Maureen Wheeler, BSD's Public Communications Officer and mother of a wonderful special needs adult-child will share her joys, her challenges and work-life balance successes with us. This personal journey is sure to inspire.

It is also our official kick off for our Project Homeless Connect PURSE drive. Please check those closets and bring us your handbags looking for a fresh start for a woman in need. We are also collecting toiletries and feminine hygiene products to fil them with. Scarves, socks, nail files, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, hand warmers, and more....last year our ladies shot to fill 100 purses and succeeded in giving our 400! This year we want to top 500 - the needs are GREAT and growing.
