WOMEN’S NETWORKING INITIATIVE DINNER MEETING
TOPIC: Tools for Operators at Utilities of the Future

The Utility of the Future will transform traditional operations of POTWs through a paradigm shift in how data is used. A shift from system integration to data integration will allow Operators of the Future to leverage data analytics to meet the increasingly stringent regulatory requirements by:
• Enabling process performance optimization that assures reliability and compliance
• Allowing optimization to maximize process efficiency
• Reducing reactive maintenance activities and costs
• Improving operational flexibility.

Please note that NYCDEP and some other utilities have utility memberships which provide for all of their employees to register at the member rate. Therefore if you work for NYCDEP or one of the other agencies with a utility membership, you can register at the member rate. If you think you will attend more than one NYWEA event this year it makes sense to join and get all of the other benefits and attend all meetings throughout the year at the member rate.
