MISSION:

It is the mission of HHS to enhance and protect the health and well-being of all Americans.  We fulfill that mission by providing for effective health and human services and fostering advances in medicine, public health, and social services.

OSDBU

The Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) manages the development and implementation of appropriate outreach programs aimed at heightening the awareness of the small business community to the contracting opportunities available within HHS.  Our responsibilities, program, and activities are managed under three lines of business:            (1) Advocacy; (2) Outreach; and (3) Business Process.
