SOAR 2017 Basketball Registration

SOAR Basketball will take place at Union United Methodist Church

(7582 Woodrow St. Irmo SC 29063) on Monday nights from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Practice: 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Games: 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Ages 4th-6th grades

Registration opens - November 29, 2016 (Limited spaces available)

Registration closes - December 28, 2016

Registration Cost - $75 per player

 

January 2 - Coaches' Clinic from 7- 8pm

January 9 - Practices and Games start

February 27 - Last day of games

 

Important Information

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your child's registration please email dawnwalters@cornestonsc.org 

You will only be eligible for a full refund if you cancel before January 4. After that, you will be eligible for up to a 50% refund if it is before January 9. No refunds will be given after that.

 

Participant/ Parent Agreement

 As parent/guardian of the named player,

 I hereby give my permission for his/her participation in SOAR and state that my child is in good health. This application is made with the expressed understanding that SOAR, its employees, volunteers, and sponsors, are not responsible for any sickness, damages, or injury that the player may incur while participating in this program, or during transport to and from the program site. I give permission for photographs and/or video to be taken of my child or family during normal program activities to be used in SOAR promotional materials without thought of remuneration.  I further understand that all fees must accompany application,  no insurance is provided by SOAR, and proof of insurability is required.

 As a SOAR participant, I agree to abide by SOAR policies and guidelines for good sportsmanship. 

 Drugs, alcohol and/or any tobacco products, (including vapor cigarettes), pets, also weapons of any sort (e.g., knives, guns) will not be permitted on the Sports Complex. If any person is found in possession or under the influence of any of the above, he/she will be asked to leave or sent home, and law officers will be notified.
