Each spring, participants from government, business, nonprofit, and academic organizations gather at Sweet Water's annual Clean Rivers, Clean Lake Conference to learn about improving the health of our   watersheds through policy innovation, technical and engineering advances, watershed restoration planning and practices, and collaborative stakeholder involvement. The Conference is an all-day event that includes oral and poster presentations, exhibits, an awards presentation for Sweet Water Mini-Grant recipients, and a celebration  of our Watershed Champions!

Watershed Champion Awards Reception

Sweet Water and GRAEF are proud to thank, honor and celebrate regional Watershed Champions as part of the Conference.  

We recognize an individual, a community, and an organization that have made significant efforts in securing healthy and sustainable water resources in the Greater Milwaukee watersheds.

The awards are presented at the Watershed Champion Awards Reception reception at the end of the day.

A ticket to the Watershed Champions Awards Reception is included in every conference registration.
