Joe DeSantis, MBA

Joe DeSantis, MBA, is President/Owner of Carrara Business Services.  His focus is with Commercial Property owners and CPA’s providing Cost Segregation Studies, Tangible Property Reg Consulting, and Energy Solutions.  He has presented the Tangible Property Regs to several Commercial Property Associations and CPA firms.  He has sat on several panel discussions for Commercial Property Owners.  Carrara Business Services has sponsored numerous NJCPA events. 

Joe earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from University of Pittsburgh and an MBA with Finance/Marketing emphasis from Columbia University.  Joe has worked for Fortune 500 companies.  He started up his own manufacturing company which was later purchased by a Fortune 500 company.  He has consulted with startups which ultimately got listed on the NASDAQ.  He has provided Tax and Business Consulting Services for over 15 years.
