Jan 6th - "Social Hour" between in-person clinics 

Help us plan seating plus food and beverages for the Jan 6th in-person clinics. 

Note, timing on this event request ONLY reflect the social hour.

Registration here will provide you with a ticket for free food and beverages between the clinics as well as a free t-shirt. 

Please be sure to ALSO sign-up for the National or Advancement clinic if you plan either/both.

National clinic: 5:30-7:30 pm
Introductory clinic: 6:00-7:15 pm
(Social Hour: 7:15-8:00 pm)
Advancement clinic: 8:00-9:30 pm

The "Introductory" clinic does not have a separate sign-up, if you'd like to attend this FREE clinic, please  indicate it with this registration.
