You are invited to attend this special two-day TREC Approved Educational Event in Lubbock on Friday and Saturday, December 9-10, 2016, from 8Am-5PM daily at the Embassy Suites in Lubbock.

This two day educational event that has been requested by Lubbock area Home Inspectors. We are happy to be bringing you these TREC approved continued educational classes. Tell your fellow Inspectors and invite them to attend. Membership in TPREIA and InterNACHI is not required to attend but is encouraged. Sing uo for one or both days and recieve your TREC continued education hour for each day of attendance.

Day One:

"Texas Standards of Practice/ Legal /Ethics Update", TREC Course #26750.

This class is a REQUIRED class for your TREC License Renewal.

This educational event presents you with the REQUIRED TREC 8-Hour Texas Standards of Practice/Legal/Ethics Update Class.

Learn about the "NEW" TREC 7-5 Inspection Report with the changes and the "NEW" Standards of Practice/Legal/Ethics Update requirements for ALL Texas TREC Licensed Inspectors. With the recent changes, penalties, report form, Standards of Practice and website rule changes, you need to know and understand the TREC Rules and State Laws for TREC Licensed Inspectors.

This class is approved for 8-hours of TREC Continued Education.

Day Two:

"The Art of Report Writing", TREC Course # 30027

Learn helpful tips for writing an effective inspection report quickly and easily.

"The Art of Report Writing" is a class that will benefit you by sharing report comments, with the true purpose of writing comments that are easy to read, understand and process.

Have you ever wondered how to write a specific comment?
Do you have an objective or a strategy when writing the report comment?
Do your reports meet TREC's minimum standards?
Do you reference building standards or codes?
Do you reference manufacturer's best practices or installation specifications?
Do you include photos and illustrations?
Have you ever wished that you could re-write your inspection reports?

This class is designed to help you write and feel better about your reports.

By attending this class you will learn how to write reports that are designed to protect the consumer and your State Inspectors License.
