CAFFA: Parenting Through Adoption Conference -

Exhibitor Registration 

CAFFA is looking for exhibitors for our 23rd semi-annual Conference! This is a great opportunity to showcase your company/organization to more than 350+ attendees who are expected to attend the conference.

Exhibitor early bird registration ends on January 7, 2017. The deadline for all final exhibitor applications and payments is February 11, 2017.

Please note that anyone sponsoring at a Gold level or Platinum level will be offered a complimentary Exhibitor Table at the conference.

Please read this important information before filling out the form.

• Your table fee includes a continental breakfast, two lunches, all day beverage service, and conference access for 2 people in your group.
• For safety and space limitations, please plan on no more than 2 people staffing your table at any given time during the day.
• Each person staffing your exhibitor table will also need to complete a conference registration form (to be provided separately which will indicate their lunch preferences and any workshops they may want to attend).
• Finally, we are offering CEUs for social worker continuing education credit for $25 (info to be provided separately).
