WNG Communications Roundtable

Thursday, January 26, 2017
4:00 PM - 6:15 PM

Please join us when we convene our next WNG Communications Roundtable with Frances Reimers, Principal at Firestarter Communications.

About this Session:

Professional services firms are built on person-to-person relationships. In today’s digital marketing sphere, each of your employees can build and maintain a personal brand generating leads, boosting visibility, adding to the searchability of your firm, and capturing results not possible from advertising or waiting on referrals. In this session you will learn step-by-step how to build and maintain an employee-first marketing initiative for long-term company growth.

About Our Presenter:

Frances Reimers

Frances Reimers is the founder of Firestarter LLC, a Virginia-based company that advises individuals (entrepreneurs, athletes, celebrities, etc.) and small businesses/start-upshelping them develop, manage, enhance, and protect a key professional asset: their personal brands. Prior to launching Firestarter Frances was the Director of Corporate Visibility for PCI where she leads business and client development, managing over $2M in annual revenue. Through her content marketing and digital strategy efforts, she has tripled the agency’s website traffic, while also overseeing projects for many clients such as the Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation, Washington Nationals, and the Department of Transportation. Frances is a popular speaker for organizations across the country, including Virginia Tech's Department of Communications where she guest lectures. She currently serves on the Advisory Boards for the Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind and the National Foundation to End Senior Hunger (NFESH). She was recently featured in an advertorial in the Washington Business Journal, has contributed to an article in the March 2014 edition of O Magazine, and was featured on CNN's Live with Piers Morgan. Frances is a 2016 recipient of the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce's 40 Under 40 award.
