                           Learning Objectives 

-Identify unique (and not so unique) challenges that resident physicians face when preparing for their specialty boards.

-Review common test preparation strategies and resources available for test takers.

-Develop a plan for time management and planning of studies through all years of residency training.

-Implement a board of preparation plan for your training program to ensure the success of your trainees.

This program is open to NYCOMEC Directors of Medical Education, Associate Directors of Medical Education, Associate Program Directors, and GME Staff.
