Driven by Data – Optimize Your Prospect Research and Donor Management Programs

How is your organization using your database? Is it a glorified address book that also happens to record gifts? Or are you using it to its fullest potential, as a critical tool to help you track moves, prospect progress, and gift officer or volunteer activities?

California Lutheran University was in a position where they thought they could be using their data better. They knew that by capturing and analyzing the data in their database, they would be able to improve fundraiser portfolios, implement a prospect management system, and create a system of accountability for the entire department.

Join the Gonser Gerber Institute and Ashley Brown, Director of Prospect Research and Analytics at California Lutheran University, for this webinar about California Lutheran’s results and experience, and using your own data to optimize your program and results.

Topics we will cover include:

  • Reviewing the way information is currently stored in your database and shared with your team can help you set a course for improvements
  • Identifying the sources of prospect information that supply your research team valuable information
  • Utilizing metrics and models tailored for your institution
  • Sharing data and reports in organized individual and staff meetings
  • Evaluating how your prospect management system has contributed to moves management and solicitations

The fee is $295 per institution, which allows your entire team the opportunity to participate in this professional development at the same time. If you are a current client of Gonser Gerber Advancement Consulting, that fee is just $145. You will also receive a copy of the presentation and a recording of the webinar with your registration.
