Participation is EXTREMELY LIMITED - ONLY the first 20 supplier companies and 20distributor companies who sign up will be able to attend. All participants must be an OPPA Member to participate.

This intensive 2 day program will focus on giving distributors solutions to strategically grow sales with existing clients and prospects through exclusive 18 minute EME Style Meetings with Elite Industry Suppliers.
This totally immersive, "proactivity" driven, and innovative event is inspired by EME type events, in other words, this is NOT another supplier trade show. Attending distributors will be asked to bring artwork for current projects,and questions regarding current challenges to their private sessions.

Below is the General Time Line. Please note that the times printed below may change slightly. Attendees will be given a detailed schedule prior to the event date.
Although there are so many opportunities to network and fellowship with one another at the OPPA Sales Safari at Kalahari, This Event is for Commited Promotional Product Distributors and Suppliers who want to increase their opportunities for sales. OPPA requires all attendees to sign the OPPA Commitment Agreement. It is important that each person be respectful of the time line and commitment that has been made for this event.. Attendance at all functions are required.
To ensure that both Distributor Attendees and Supplier Attendees are committed to the success of OPPA's Sales Safari at Kalahari for the benefit of both the Distributor and Supplier, all attendee companies are asked to agree to the OPPA Commitment Agreement. You will be asked to check the Commitment Agreement Box on the Registration form.
2017 OPPA Sales Safari at Kalahari Supplier Commitment Agreement
This agreement signifies your commitment to attend the OPPA Sales Safari at Kalahari Event on May 23 & 24, 2017 at the Kalahari Resort and Convention Center in Sandusky, OH and to adhere to the policies and procedures set forth by OPPA.
Dinner and Breakfast are included. Meals and times are arranged in advance for the group as a whole. Additional amenities or purchases outside of the above listed items will be the sole responsibility of the Attendee. This agreement is for one sales reps from your company. Up to four additional sales rep may attend from your company for an additional fee.
We will provide exhibitors(s) with a pre-set appointment schedule of meetings with all attending distributors during the two day event. As a registered supplier, you are required to meet all scheduled appointments on time in the supplier's suite. OPPA will have timers and adequate staff available to assist in keeping your schedule on track. If you miss a scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstance such as illness, you agree to arrange with the distributor a time during the event to make up the missed appointment. At the discretion of OPPA management, suppliers that intentionally skip, disrupt or interfere with the scheduled appointments, may be asked to leave the event early and will not receive reimbursement from OPPA the costs associated with their attendance. Suppliers that fail to show up at the event without prior notice or valid reasons will not receive reimbursement. Any reimbursements are at the discretion of OPPA management. The entire flow and success of the event is contingent upon both exhibitors and distributors adherence to their scheduled appointments.
