LaDonna was born and raised in Little Rock, AR and attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, majoring in Broadcast Journalism, with a minor in Psychology.  After a career in Radio and Television, she decided to return to lending.  She started her government career with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, working in Rural Housing and Rural Business-Cooperative Services.  She later transferred to the U.S. Department of Defense in San Antonio, TX and worked with military soldiers (wounded warriors) as they transitioned into medical retirement.  She again returned to lending by transferring to the U.S. Small Business Administration, where she will continue to help this agency gain exposure and spread SBAs mission.
