Riwo Sangchöd Teachings
with Tulku Sang-ngag Rinpoche
at Pema Khandro Ling

Popular for centuries throughout Tibet, Riwo Sangchöd (Mountain Smoke Offering) is a powerful method for accumulating merit, benefitting all beings and averting inauspicious circumstances. It is similar to other practices such as Chöd in that one makes offerings to various exalted and worldly beings, both living and deceased, as well as karmic debtors, obstacle makers, and so forth. Through the practice the conditions for spiritual progress are gathered, karmic debts are repaid and a wealth of merit increases.

The teachings are non-residential. All attendees will be responsible for their own meals, accommodations and transportation.  Teachings on Sang begin at 7pm on Friday, December 2nd.  However, there will be a morning session Friday, December 2nd beginning at 9am on the yidam principle as it relates to Chenrezig for those students who are able to arrive early to Santa Fe.  Contact santafe@ewam.org with questions.
