Tri-County Region Planning Commission Kickoff for the Regional 2045 Long Range Plan's Non-Motorized Plan. If you have an interest in shaping or learning more about our Regional Non-motorized Plan, join us on Tuesday, December 6, 2016. Non-motorized travel is essential for our region’s transportation system.  The public is invited to begin the Regional Non-Motorized Plan process for the Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham counties.
