The good inspector knows how to identify deficient components. The great inspector knows why a component is deficient. Attend this class to become a great inspector of the electrical system. This course uses numerous pictures and diagrams to help you identify common deficiencies and to understand why they are deficient. Those who successfully complete this course should be comfortable inspecting almost every electrical system they see.

Inspector Quiz Show 4 Hours
DON’T ATTEND INSPECTION QUIZ unless you want to learn something and have fun doing it. Inspection Quiz is an audience participation game. Each question is similar to one that might appear on the National Home Inspector Examination. A brave audience member will offer an answer. Then we will discuss the answer to help you understand it. Many answers are followed by illustrations or pictures to help you visualize and remember the concepts. Repeat this until the game is over. Experienced inspectors will benefit from attending Inspection Quiz too. We will cover some topics you have forgotten, or that you were never taught.

* This elective is included at no extra charge when 12 hours are purchased. All newly ( within 3 years)  licensed inspectors that did not attend a pre-licensing program must take an extra 4 hour elective for the first 3 years.    The courses alternative 1 through 3 years.

All course materials will be provided in an electronic format (on a flash drive) to help reduce the consumption of paper as well as the cost printing.
