This course is designed to teach the Real Estate Professional the basics of Agency. This course has three parts, Part 1 is understanding and remembering OLDCAR. Part 2 is an in depth discussion of the laws of Agency, the differences between Buyer’s, Seller’s, Dual and designated agents as well as the responsibilities of all three and Part 3 is a discussion on Why Buyer Broker, convincing the Buyer to sign an exclusive contract. The third part is details on how a Buyer Agent properly represents his clients’ best interest.
