Selling Fixer Uppers Using 203(k) Loans

203(k) loans through FHA are sometimes referred to as Rehab loans or "Fixer Upper" loans. It's an awesome loan program for older homes that need a little TLC and it can be used for owner occupied current homes as well as on owner occupied purchased homes. This program does not cover investment properties. 

The course will teach the Real Estate Agent everything they need to know about this little known, little understood, program in order to enhance the buying experience of everyone involved but especially their customers. 

You will learn about the different types of 203(k) loans as well as the correct documentation required for underwriting approval. A must have course for any serious 203(k) rehab specialist.
