Please note that if you choose to register now, this will serve as preregistration into the group. The fee may be remitted once the group has fully formed. As such, the start date will be announced at a later date. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

This 10-week trauma-sensitive yoga group helps teens heal from trauma and empowers them with a renewed relationship with their bodies.

  • Learn how to connect with your breath, mind and body to provide calm and safety within
  • Learn techniques to help relieve stress, tension and anxiety
  • Find connection, strength and support with others in a safe setting

Rachel started her yoga journey many years ago and quickly realized her desire to bring others alongside so they could begin their own healing path trhough yoga. Not long after she completed her certification through Kindness Yoga Studio, she was introduced to yoga for trauma survivors (Trauma-Informed Yoga), and pursued her 35-hour certification in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. She now teaches yoga at Kula Yoga Center and provides Trauma-Informed classes on a need basis for survivors of various types of trauma.
