Vendors: All Booth Spaces are First Come/First Serve. This event is rain or shine. Cancellations made before August 31, 2017 will incur a $25 Cancellation Fee. Cancellations made after August 31, 2017 are non-refundable. We provide a 10x12 space. All tables, chairs, tents are supplied by you. If you have a business, such as Tupperware, Mary Kay or any other franchise, you are a Business Booth. Please make sure to click the appropriate box.
Please DO NOT assume booth space is being held for you. To guarantee the same space as last year registrations must be received by June 30, 2016 - NO Exceptions.
Chamber Members: Your FREE space must be used by your business and is limited to one. If you reserve a space and do not use it you forfeit your space for the following year.
Food Vendors: You must provide proof of insurance, vendors liscense and food permits.
Limited electricity is available on a first come basis. (Generators are allowed but power will not be provided unless paid for) Water is not provided.
