AEG Texas Chapter 2017 Sponsorship 

The Texas Section of AEG supports many of its activities with financial assistance provided by our sponsors. Our activities include quarterly meetings, field trips and seminars, a quarterly newsletter, and email announcements about our meetings and geoscience related activities. In addition, we support and promote geosciences at the college and high school levels.

We offer several levels of sponsorship that demonstrate your commitment to geoscience. Our goal is to give our sponsor’s recognition, keeping your name in front of our members. This is a great opportunity for marketing your company. We commit to connecting you with our membership and potentially more, helping build your client base. Most of our members are practicing professionals with the responsibility of selecting subcontractors, so our group is a great place to find new customers and to stay in touch with existing clients in an informal setting.

All costs listed below are per year and end in December. New sponsorships received after October will continue to December of the following year.

Enchanted Rock Level ($750/Year)

• Public acknowledgement of Sponsor and their contribution by the Chapter Chair at each Chapter Meeting in front of all meeting attendees
• Sponsor representative is given the opportunity to speak for a maximum of 5 minutes about the sponsoring company in front of all meeting attendees at one meeting during the year
• 150 word advertisement in each quarterly Chapter Newsletter for one year
• X-Large Logo on Chapter Website
• Public display of your 36"X48" foamboard advertisement at Chapter ice breakers and meetings* 
• Two AEG Texas Chapter meeting fees waived during the calendar year.

Llanite Level ($500/Year)

• Public acknowledgement of Sponsor and their contribution by the Chapter Chair at Chapter Meeting in front of all meeting attendees
• 75 word advertisement in each quarterly Chapter Newsletter for one year
• Medium logo on Chapter Website
• Public display of your 24"X36" foamboard advertisement at Chapter ice breakers and meetings*
• One Meeting fee waived for one person

Petrified Palm Wood Level ($250/Year)

• Public acknowledgement of Sponsor and their contribution by the Chapter Chair at Chapter Meeting in front of all meeting attendees
• 25 word advertisement in each quarterly Chapter Newsletter for one year
• Small logo on Chapter Website
• Public display of your 11"X17" foamboard advertisement at Chapter ice breakers and meetings*
• One Meeting fee waived for one person

*Sponsors must bring their own foamboard display and easel to each meeting
