2017 Wilmette Women's Golf League Registration

The Wilmette Golf Club hosts five women's leagues under an umbrella organization, the Women's Golf Association (WGA). WGA membership provides access to the CDGA handicapping service, membership in the Chicago District Golf Association, a member directory, Rules of Golf book, state and local association memberships, and various awards and tournaments.

There are three 18-hole leagues:  Monday (Monday 18 Hole), Tuesday (SWG), and Thursday (WWGA). The three eighteen-hole leagues provide weekly tee times with scheduled events including a match play tournament and a low net tournament.  Seasonal prizes are also awarded such as Most Improved Player, Low Gross, Low Net, Low Putts, and Ringers in each division. SWG league members may also participate in team competition with other north suburban golf leagues.

The two 9-hole leagues are Monday (W-K 9) and Tuesday (Tags 9).  The nine-hole leagues also provide weekly tee times, scheduled events and seasonal prizes.

There are no formal requirements for membership, but a basic knowledge of golf rules and etiquette in addition to golf skills beyond those of a beginnner are expected in the 18-hole leagues.  New members may contact the registrar or one of the membership chairs for more information, if needed.

The season begins the first week in May and continues through the end of September.

Click on the "Register Now" button below for WGA membership and league dues.  Payment will be by credit card.

Social members should click here to register.

All league members must purchase a Wilmette Park District seasonal golf membership in addition to WGA membership and dues.  Click here for information on membership options for 2017.

Handicap Only:  Those who do not wish to belong to a league but who want to access the CDGA handicapping service should contact Jamie Locke, Head Golf Professional, directly through the Pro Shop or by email.
