Set-Up/Dismantle: Exhibitor agrees to have their exhibit in place before the official opening of the exhibition and have their exhibit dismantled and removed after the closing of the exhibition. The exhibitor assumes all risk for the shipment and delivery of all property shipped by the exhibitor and agrees that no early teardowns shall be attempted and that early teardowns are not permitted. By submitting this form, you agree to these terms. Teardown will not be available until the close of the conference at 12:00 PM.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to February 15th, 2017 in order to receive a refund. Any cancellations after that time will only be eligible for a refund of 50% of their registration fee.
