The people we serve at Liberty Hospital are not statistics, percentages, or variables. They are the students at Liberty Public Schools, neighbors aging in their homes, family and friends facing unexpected injury or illness. Liberty Hospital serves unique individuals,each with a special face and a personal story. 

With a vision to meet the needs of our growing and changing population, our Board of Trustees wrote a new mission statement for our organization - that the Liberty Hospital Foundation is committed to improving the quality of health, wellness, and care in our community. 

Our programs and services now extend beyond the walls of Liberty Hospital, and out directly to members of the community who need it most.
