Wells Fargo's Bryan Gingrich, Wells Fargo Enterprise Diversity & Inclusion Leader, will speak on building and sustaining a diverse and inclusive workplace. This is a business imperative in today's world! The business case for inclusion and Wells Fargo's diversity and inclusion strategy will be discussed. Next, Brent Hanson of Wells Fargo Properties will discuss the design, efficiency, LEED Platinum Certification, and history of our new Downtown East towers . Much of Brent's presentation will be conducted on a tour of the building. Included in his presentation will be a discussion of the design of the building for the future workforce.
During his nine years with Wells Fargo, Bryan served as the Diversity & Inclusion Strategy Consultant for the Consumer Lending Group, and for the Wealth Brokerage and Retirement Group. He has worked in the area of diversity and inclusion for over 18 years, and has led the national diversity efforts at A.G. Edwards, Sodexo, and Nextel Communications. His clients have included Coca-Cola Enterprises, International Paper, FedEx, AutoZone, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, and Colleges and Universities. Under his leadership, organizations have received more than 70 diversity awards including ranking #11 on DiversityInc's Top 50 Companies for Diversity.
