Meet face-to-face with travel counselors and educate them on what's new in your destination! The Texas Travel Fair, managed by the Texas Heritage Trails, is an annual trade show held as part of the Texas Travel Counselors Conference (TTCC) sponsored by the Texas Department of Transportation - Travel Information Division. The travel counselors who attend this event work at Texas Department of Transportation Travel Information Centers, city visitor centers, Texas Parks and Wildlife offices, and Texas Highways magazine. These professionals give guidance to millions of travelers to Texas each year.

Exhibiting at the Texas Travel Fair gives you the opportunity to meet face-to-face with the travel counselors and educate them on what's new in your destination (i.e., attractions, museums, events, festivals, etc.).

Registration Rates

Early Bird Rate: $395 (Includes 1 booth space and registration for 1 person) (through March 10th) 
Regular Rate: $495 (Includes 1 booth space and registration for 1 person) (after March 10th)
Additional person in your booth: $115/person

NOTE: Registrations made after noon on April 1st will not appear in the program. 

Cancellation Policy: 
Full refund until 5:00 pm on March 17, 2017.
50% refund until 5:00 pm on March 31, 2017. No refunds after 5:00 pm on March 31, 2017.

Exhibitor Information:
The Travel Fair will be held in the Heritage Room of the Amarillo Civic Center; the room is carpeted. Lone Star Decorating Company is the official trade show company of the Texas Travel Fair.

Each 10' x 10' booth includes:

Gifts / Promotional Items: Many exhibitors provide branded promotional items for the Travel Counselors as a part of the Travel Fair. Please note the following guidelines. Gifts cannot have a value that exceeds $25 each; alcohol is not allowed; also, breakable, heavy, and large items, as well as liquids, are discouraged and will not be shipped to counselors. A Mail Back Center will be provided for the Travel Counselors; each travel counselor will have the ability to fill one box with items (approx. 30lb weight limit) and have it shipped to their office.

Food Give-aways: Special arrangements are required for exhibitors who wish to give away food items; additional details will be provided upon registration.

Information Sheets: All exhibitors are asked to bring a one-page, three-hole punched information sheet for each Travel Counselor (approximately 110 copies). The information sheet should highlight what is new in your destination and include contact information. These sheets are placed in notebooks that Travel Counselors refer to throughout the year.

Shipping Information: The Amarillo Civic Center will accept Travel Fair deliveries no sooner than 2 days out from the show - Friday, April 7. When you arrive at the Civic Center and are ready to receive your material, we will provide a phone number so that a delivery can be made to your booth.
