Cold weather inspires a warm fire, a good book, and good company. Here at the Big Green Egg, cold weather means pulling out the cast iron and digging through the drawers for Grandma's recipes. Comfort food is a Southern tradition, and at this class, we will warm you heart and your palate with all your family’s favorites, cooked on Cast iron, the Big Green Egg way. We will use the Dutch Oven, the new Cast Iron Skillet, our new Plancha to show you all the wonderful things you can do with this "magic pan".
We will also cover seasoning, cleaning and storing your cast iron!
