EO Training Feb 16 2017

In this session, aspiring hiring committee members will learn the legal requirements of equal employment opportunity; the benefits of workforce diversity; the potential for personal bias to influence decision-making; the roles of each serving member; and equitable best practices for search and selection committees.

Note: Training is mandatory for all hiring committees. (FHDA EEO Plan)

In compliance with the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office, employees will attend EO Training prior to serving on a hiring committee.
