Time will also be spent on how to do a cash flow statement and how important cash is to your business. You will also learn the differences between an income statement, a balance sheet, and a cash flow statement. Sales/Expense forecasting and cash flow are both very critical to the management of your business. Credit/debit cards and website point of sale will also be discussed.

He was Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for a Fortune 500 company with global operations and has management experience in sales, marketing, business turnarounds, manufacturing, engineering, acquisitions and mergers.
