Sales Forecasting and Cash Flow
Biz Ed on Friday at Tech Ranch

Is your business is running successfully and will it continue to do so? Learning to interpret a Profit and Loss Statement will let you measure business success. Learning to monitor cash flow will help you make sure you have the funds to pay your employees and your vendors.

In this workshop, you will learn the basics of how to forecast expenses and income. The presentation will discuss start up, fixed and variable expenses. Time will also be spent on how to do a cash flow statement and how important cash is to your business. You will also learn the differences between an income statement, a balance sheet, and a cash flow statement. Sales/Expense forecasting and cash flow are both very critical to the management of your business. Credit/debit cards and website point of sale will also be discussed.
