CANCELLATION POLICY
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
Due to rising cost and expenses generated by students who register for our courses and do not attend without notification, it has become necessary to institute the following policy:
In order to qualify for a full refund, students (or their employing agencies) must cancel no less than two weeks prior to the commencement of the course. Cancellations must be received via e-mail, and/or fax to the attention of the course coordinator. A confirmation of receipt and a cancellation number must be obtained from the coordinator. No claims will be accepted unless the aforementioned is adhered to. Cancellations made within the two week time period are subject to a $100 fee. Substitutions of students may be made at any time. Please call us immediately if you have any questions.
NOTE: NO-SHOWS (INCLUDING THOSE WHO CANCEL AFTER 3PM ON THE THURSDAY PRECEDING THE COURSE) WILL BE INVOICED THE FULL REGISTRATION FEE
UNDERCOVER OPERATIONS
This course is designed for current or future undercover operatives wihin law enforcement. The primary purpose of this course is o provide valuable, lifesaving information to each student in regards to the undercover role, the management of undercover detectives and the operational planning for each operation. Each student will be heaily invoved in scenario based training with active role players an force on force training throughout the course.
The course will include but is no limited to:
- Undercover Operations
- Operational surveillance/ cleaning routes
- Managing undercover operations
- Operational plans
- Buy/Bust takedowns
- Tacical Rescue
- Technical support/ Live monitoring
