HUB NHS ESTATES & FACILITIES TRAINING SEMINAR:
RISKS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR NHS ESTATES & FACILITIES DEPARTMENTS
ARE YOU READY FOR THE CHALLENGES AHEAD?
Venue: Victoria House, Fulbourn, Cambridge
Date: Wednesday 15th February 2017
This seminar is hosted by the East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub and is led by Mark Robinson and Hilary Blackwell of leading law firm Trowers Hamlins LLP.
About the Seminar
The latest ERIC data release revealed a sharp spike in the level of high risk maintenance items in need of attention. Coupled with budget pressures and the possibility of adverse CQC findings, estates and facilities management departments and their strategies are coming under scrutiny as never before – not only to deliver Carter savings but also to assist in maintaining and demonstrating good governance.
This seminar will look at the risks present, but also the opportunities available and share best practice and lessons learned.
It is free to attend for NHS staff and is aimed at Estate and Facilities Managers in any NHS organisations in any part of the country. (Bookings from suppliers and non-NHS staff will not be accepted.)
The event will follow the approximate timings below:
1pm: Registration and Sandwiches on arrival
1.30pm: Training Starts
3pm: Tea and coffee break
4.30pm: Training finishes
