St. Paul SCORE has created a workshop for clients to develop a plan for their new business or to expand their existing operations, based on the:

‘21 Question Success Plan’

You don’t go on a road trip without a map, so don’t start a business without a plan. A well thought out business plan identifies areas where you might not have all the answers, decreases failure by 50%, and gives you confidence that your business idea is a good one.
