Learn about the TREC 7-5 Inspection Report with the changes and the "NEW" Standards of Practice/Legal/Ethics Update requirements for ALL Texas TREC Licensed Inspectors. With the recent changes, penalties, report form and Standards of Practice, you need to know and understand the TREC Rules and State Laws for TREC Licensed Inspectors. TREC Approved Instructors #7, Clay Collins and Paul Roebuck, TREC Instructor License #9 will present this required and important class.
