This panel will survey tax and treasury planning for possible mandatory repatriation and comprehensive Tax reform legislation. This panel will also provide updates on the applicability of the final section 385 regulations and IRS Notice 2016-73 - the sixth and latest Treasury and IRS response to the "Killer B" transaction.
